White Woman Shot by Black Boyfriend Refuses to Cooperate Fully with Police

Despite being shot by her pet, the White woman has not been helping the police to identify him.

An argument between a man and a woman turns violent when the man grabs a gun.

Tulsa Police Sergeant August Terbrock said the victim was standing on a balcony when she was shot several times by a man downstairs.

Michael Ishman has not yet been arrested for the shooting.

(The) “suspect is believed to be a former boyfriend of the victim, a black male approximately 30 years of age. Victim was a white female in her mid-twenties.”

She was shot about 2:45 a.m. Tuesday at the Fairmont Terrace apartments near 61st and Peoria.

We’re told she was hospitalized in stable condition, but was not fully cooperating with the investigation.
