It’s like a pack of feral ghouls from Fallout.
Only difference is they smell worse.
Lincoln police have confirmed the 36-year-old woman killed in a home invasion shooting early Tuesday was Jessica Brandon, a mother and grandmother.
Her friends say she was a Lincoln Northeast “cheer mom” and always had a smile on her face.
A Lincoln Northeast graduate, Brandon worked at Allstate Insurance. Friends say she would light up any room and had more friends than anyone could count, but most importantly, she cherished her family.
Jessica Brandon died early Tuesday after being shot in a home invasion. Lincoln Police Chief Jeff Bliemeister said the suspects were intruders who entered the home around 3:30 a.m. Brandon was rushed to the hospital by ambulance, but later died.
