Ugly Fat Old Whore Claims All Women are Secretly as Disgusting as She Is

Andrew Anglin

Bebe Rexha is a 29-year-old fat whore who is famous for some reason, apparently. I don’t know who she is, but she’s news, apparently.

She recently took to Instagram to body-shame the whole world, and claim that her disgusting fatbody is “what a real woman looks like.” In fact, her bulbous, misshapen and repulsive form is the opposite of what a “real woman” looks like – it is what a MODERN woman looks like, having had everything “real” stripped from her life, including real food and real bodily exertion.

In actual reality, women historically looked much, much better than she does – even old ones.

We all know this is true, because we have all seen women at the gym who are older and much more attractive than this slovenly blob of melted goop.

For you see, despite the claims of lying whores, a woman can easily stay fit well into her thirties. The only caveat is that there is nothing you can do with the tits – after 25, any woman’s tits are useless (unless they’re very small), and you can’t exercise to train your tits. However, modern bra technology means that a woman’s tits don’t really matter for anyone looking at her other than an intimate partner.

But many, many women stay fit and attractive.

I’ll list a few here – and I’ll try to keep them as white as possible, since white women are correct in stating that darker women have an advantage due to higher testosterone levels.

🥰ASHLEE IS COMING TO MIA!💃🏼 – My giiiiirlll vajay jay power @AJKphotography1 is coming to MIAMI next Saturday 25th!!! I am beyond excited! This woman, this incredible soul has so much talent (I mean just check her work it speaks for itself 💁🏼‍♀️), but let’s talk about how she makes me FEEL!!! I won’t ever forget the first time I shot with her. I was going through some major business stresses, exhausted and overwhelmed, so I was coming into this shoot already with the wrong mindset. We meet, and go up to her hotel room, and she can already see I am super tense, Ashlee looks at me and says “Honey everything is going to be alright, we’re just going to relax and take it easy.” I don’t remember how his happened exactly but all of the sudden I find myself sitting in her bathroom with her curling my hair, the calmness she radiates has already taken over me. And I don’t know how she does it but all I can say is I have learned most of my posing from her and feeling even more confident in shoots it’s all because of Ashley ❤️ Ladies take this opportunity now while she’s here bc she doesn’t come to MIA often! – I can’t wait to see you mamma! I may just kidnap you and lock you in my condo for good, jk! 🤣 – Clip from Bali while we were in @villacellabella wearing @abysseofficial

💁🏼‍♀️The ultimate rule to staying positive in a negative situation is to control your response‼️ – 📷 @ajkphotography1 🏠 @villacellabella I have been dealing with a lot of stress in the past couple of months due to the projects we are working on right now. Obviously, with so much going on there is bound to be a lot of unforeseen situations, mistakes and just overall “negative” things that could come our way. So what do I do to stay calm, zen? To not dwell on these things that are part of life and won’t ever stop happening? (Because lets be honest we don’t live in a world made of cotton candy with unicorns and pink clouds everywhere) I have trained my brain to understand that these situations are always going to happen, this isn’t a perfect world we live in, I have trained my brain to understand that from every single and even the most terrible of situations you can always learn something to help you in the future, to grow and to fix it for the next time. The pattern here is to train your brain, I have talked about this a lot, that mental strength and training your mind to think a certain way is the only way to move forward, to grow and learn and to improve and become happy ultimately. From feeling bad about your body image, to breaking up with someone, dealing with a bad business deal, crashing your car, or even dealing with death, training your mind to react a certain way from negative situations is how I have created a more positive life for myself ❤️

💕Friendly reminder babes!💁‍♀ Never let yourself be classified! As women, we are many things at the same time; I am a coach and an entrepreneur, I am a wife and a lover, I am a friend and I am competitive! – Social media tends to magnify that classification for everyone! Sure, I am known as a fitness coach, but I am not afraid of showing other sides of me, from sexy to silly, from professional to fun. I’m not afraid to be myself, to be open with you guys, to express my personality. I do this in hopes to reach many of you who are afraid of these things, to show you that suppressing these feelings, whatever it is that you wish to express, is only going to hurt you for personal growth. – I have learned over the years, from my social media career, that no matter how conservative you keep your image and thoughts, someone will always comment something stupid, something demeaning, something insulting or just plain rude. This is why I talk about not being afraid, to take risks and open yourself to be who you want to be, be it a professional and a mother, or a sexy model and a coach, to be silly and smart, or a business owner and a wife… – Once you let go, once you learn to love yourself and finally stop worrying about what people think…you won’t be classified as one thing, you will be all that you desire and find that you are capable of much more 💕 – 📸 @ohrangutang x @cristinapilo

Let me preface this… . I’ve cried, felt beyond frustrated, thrown up during lifts, shamed for working out pregnant 🤰🏼, latched 🤱 a newborn in the gym 👶🏼 between sets 💪🏻, pushed through workouts on zero sleep 😴 and crazy hormonal swings and the list goes on 😭… . As much as I was TESTED and PUSHED to my limits, I NEVER gave up! I always created solutions for myself and told myself I. CAN. DO. IT! 🙏🏻 So hear I stand as a Mom…proud of all I have worked through and genuinely HAPPY in my skin 😅🥰 . Swipe 1: current physique 😅with wet & dry hair 🤪🙈. Swipe over 👉🏻😳 Boy, have I paid my dues in the gym 😓 AND kitchen cooking 🍽! Instead of comparing myself to other people, I use my postpartum/pre-pregnancy body and current physique in side by side pictures as motivation and to see just how far I have come. This has been how I have tracked my progress for years. I don’t weigh myself because it hasn’t been absolutely necessary in reaching my goals and poses more of a possible threat to my mental health. This is me being 100% honest 🤷🏼‍♀️. I chose to stay away from weighing myself and use other forms of tracking my progress like picture taking and how I feeeeel 🙏🏻. #dowhatworksforyou! •Swipes 1 & 2- current mom bod 🙋🏼‍♀️ ••Swipe 3- less than a week after giving birth (I girdled) 🤰🏼 and current mom bod 😊 Check out my bio for all the supplements I take and my personal training programs 💪🏻 @legionath Discount Code:Brittany10

Progress is feeling slower than a 🐢 these past couple weeks but it’s still a forward direction 💪🏻. Training on interrupted sleep is no joke 😴. My little guy has been so good to mommy and spoils me with his minimum 13 hours straight STTN 😭💕. This heat is killing us and his sleeping at the moment 😓☀️. I honestly attribute a majority of my physique and ability to make the progress I have to Ryze allowing me to STTN (for the non-mommy’s-sleep through the night). When I see and hear all the other Mom’s dragging their butts to the gym with babies who are over 1yrs old and NOT STTN, I’m like… “hooow?!” 😨 You ladies are incredible!!! 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻 . MY CURRENT TRAINING SPLIT 👇🏼👇🏼 I try to train 4-6 times a week and my workouts range from 40-75 minutes. My primary focus will always be my glutes and delts so i hit them the most frequently! I don’t have a set training plan right now but am thinking about getting back on one of my train like me volumes since I don’t have time to write myself a plan right now 😅😅 i 110% train smarter and more efficiently when i go into the gym with a plan but for now i am just doing what feels goood. I’m hitting glutes with every lower body session and will add in hamstrings, quads, and calves on different days. Delts are the primary focus for every upper body day but i’ve also been putting a larger focus on chest and back. arms very rarely get trained but i need to get back on that 🙈 I try to train abs and obliques at least 3 times a week, usually with lower body days. Trying to get 2-3 cardio sessions in a week right now on the stair master for 10-30 minutes each session! have any training split questions? ask awayyy or email me! train like me volumes and customized plans can be found on my website! Day 1- lower body/core Day 2- upper body/cardio Day 3- lower body/core Day 4- rest or cardio based workout Day 5- upper body/cardio Day 6- lower body/core Day 7- rest alwayssss

Hey Fam! Todays post is about diet. I think like I haven’t talked about diet in a while and there is something I would like to share. . At this moment I would like to get a little leaner. However, I do not want to get leaner by following the same type of diet I was following last time during my cut. I was on really low carb diet, and even though it worked, I would not say I enjoyed the process. I love my carbs! And I think I have slowed down my metabolism over the past year. What I want to do is I want to speed up my metabolism by slowly increasing my calories (reverse dieting). This will definitely affect my weight and my form short term (I might gain some weight and some body fat). However, at some point my increased calorie intake will become my maintenance, which will allow me then to start my cut, but on a significantly higher amount of carbs. I hope it make sense? . I will probably record a YouTube video about this as well and will definitely keep you updated on my progress. But this is definitely not a weekend project as this will take months. . Sorry for the long caption:) ask your questions (if any) in the comments below. Love ya 💗

🍑 Growing your butt… – To get your butt to grow takes time. The glutes will grow with tension and reps. If you really want a nice round butt, you don't need heavy weights to grow your backside, but you have to get the most out of every rep. The squeeze and hold is the most important part of the exercises. You should get up off the floor and really feel the burn in your backside.  Start with the The Glute Sequence. (❗️I posted it before, check out my videos with the band) @drchadwaterbury showed this sequence to me. The Glute sequence should be done before every workout and on your days off. The more you do these the faster your glutes will grow.  You can do this at home on off days, it takes about 10 minutes to complete. Be patient, it might take a week or two to really start to feel your butt. If you sit all day, it will take time to "wake up" your glutes. But if you work your glutes every day for the next 90 days, you'll see a huge difference.

🍑Glute Sequence. – Wanna grow your glutes? My friend @drchadwaterbury showed me this incredibly effective way to build your glutes.  There are 5 different exercises. Each is held for 45 seconds per side. – #1 The Clam Shell: If you can’t use your elbow start on the floor and build up. – #2 Lying leg raise: Keep the raised leg low and back. – #3 Fire hydrant: Stay straight and only lift your leg, don’t twist your body. – #4 Facing the wall: The down leg must be bent and not straight. Keep your head up. – #5 Monster Walk: Small, Hard steps, make sure your knees stay straight and don’t push in. – The sequence takes about 10  minutes. This should be done before your workouts and on off days. Woman, I’d suggest starting with the green band and Men. The Blue band. If you do these properly, your glutes will grow. – #glutesequence #homeworkout #buildyourbooty #resistancebandsworkout

Are you working your abs and they’re still not showing? Here’s the simplest way to get your abs to show: Slightly cut your calories, about 200 calories each day. 200 calories isn’t much, it could be eliminating the cream from your coffee, stop drinking soda, so many little things.  It isn’t much but it adds up. The math, if you cut by 200 calories per day over one month that’s about 6000 calories about 2lbs. Over a year 24lbs! Just cutting 200 calories per day! It isn’t necessary to go “hardcore”. This can be done without starving yourself or hating life. Eat more veggies less carbs, less junk. Avoid tons of ab exercises. One of the best is leg lifts hanging from the pull-up bar. 3 done slowly and right is better than 10 fast and sloppy. Be a little more active. Burn another 100 calories everyday. One or two more sets at the gym, a 15 minute walk outside or the treadmill/ stair master.  It’s the little changes that over time add up to big results. P.S. At the moment I am taking my own advice too 😁 #helloabs #fitsandiego #fitnessmotivation #fitisalifestyle #fitnessgirl #fitbody #getinshape

April 2018 vs today. What has transpired between these photos is multiple doctors appointments, bloodwork, hormone injections and medication, and the realization that conceiving naturally is not as my 18 year old self once thought 😅. . For those of you who don’t know what’s been going on in my life lately, I have been going through fertility treatments after 15 months of trying to conceive. In these past 6 months, so many thoughts have gone through my head. “Is it my workouts? Am I working out too much?” “Is it what I’m eating? Am I eating too little or the wrong macros?” “Am I too stressed? Should I take a step back from everything?” “Is there something medically wrong with me?”…. I could go on and on. . While the answer to those questions is a big “nope”, I *did* scale back on my workouts. I did start increasing my calories. Because WHY. NOT. What IF that’s what did it? The few extra pounds on my body would be worth it, and then some! Or maybe it’s not the extra pounds itself, but it’s the act of going easy on myself, giving myself a break… . I’m not going to lie and say it’s been easy to “just gain a few pounds” when I know how many people are watching. Even though I know you girls are THE most supportive and understanding community of women out there, there are still a lot of people who are not. This hasn’t affected what choices I make, but it’s definitely resulted in a good amount of anxiety thinking about it. . I will be documenting more of my fertility journey on here but mostly on @annaandluca, there’s so much I’m learning not just about fertility, but about overall health. I almost feel just like I did when I first started my fitness journey, discovering a new world of information and I’m excited to share it with all of you ❤️ thank you all for your support and love, as always. #realtalk #fbggirls #fbgcommunity www.annavictoria.com/fitbodyapp

The reason I stick with my active lifestyle? Simple, THE MAGIC✨ — aka all that you CAN’T see in the photos I post. Fitness is a part of my life and ALWAYS will be, not just because it is now my career, but because I EMPOWER MYSELF THROUGH FITNESS. Adapting healthy eating and exercise into my life (which I did slowwwwwly and never through drastic means) helped me FEEL better far before I saw aesthetic changes in the mirror. Not just because I began to experience the amazing non-physical benefits of exercise such as better sleep and relief of my anxiety, but Because WHEN YOU TAKE CARE OF YOUR BODY AND TREAT IT WITH LOVE, YOU MORE EASILY LOVE AND APPRECIATE YOUR BODY! And I, so very desperately, needed to learn how to love myself. I now understand so clearly that fitness, at its core, is NOT about aesthetics at all. It is about our HEALTH- mental, emotional, and physical. It is not about becoming powerful either — empowering yourself is about UNCOVERING the STRENGTH AND POWER THAT IS ALREADY WITHIN YOU. You are everything. You are more than enough, in every way. If you are struggling more often than not to believe that, then I urge you to take steps daily to love and care for yourself. Every day I am so beyond stoked to wake up and work as hard as I can to help you do this, the best ways that I know how. Through writing my programming and giving you the literal tools and knowledge you need to succeed and be healthy. Through creating all the content I possibly can to encourage you and educate and guide you along your way, and, on occasion (aka rn😂) straight up coming on here and POURING MY HEART OUTTT😩😩😩like this, begging you to know it. And hoping some of you will read this and believe it. Start where you are, there is no such thing as behind and there is no good in self-loathing and negativity. YOU my friend are pure POWER. Take care of yourself and work to see it.🙏🏼🖤✨💪🏼 . #PWR #kelseywellspwr #pwrprogram . Www.kelseywells.com/app

Off to Coachella! Haha just joking. 🤪 It’s probably the last place I’d like to be right now. 🙈 I’m sure it’s heaps of fun but I honestly would rather be at home on the couch watching movies! 📺🛋Call me old and boring but that’s just how I feel! 🤣🙈 I have to earn my couch time though…and I’ve been doing that by training HARD! I’ve been focusing on my explosive strength at the moment because it’s my goal to get better at sprinting. Around the time Mia was conceived I was doing a lot of this type of training and I was probably the fittest and healthiest I’ve ever been and felt amazing! I want to feel like that again! I find sprinting so much fun and I feel powerful and “unstoppable”. I love it.😃🙌🏼 I’ve really struggled with this type of training ever since I severely sprained my ankle a year ago and it’s been causing be dramas ever since. 🙄 It’s getting better though, and a lot of it has to do with the unilateral training I’ve been doing (1 leg at a time) to strengthen my legs individually. I also do a lot of bare foot stuff which is so good to strengthen your feet! 🙌🏼 That’s why I let Mia walk around a lot with bare feet too! ☺️👍🏼 Anyway, watch this space, I’m so dedicated to becoming Speedy Gonzales again! Does anyone remember that little cartoon mouse who was the fastest ever? 🐁 That’s what the kids used to call me when I was still at school! That or road runner! “I don’t want to get bulky”, “I just want to grow my glutes and nothing else” “I gain muscle really fast so I can’t lift weights”…. Every day these are things I hear from women. So many women are still afraid of lifting heavy weights and they seem to have this obsession with growing a big booty without growing their legs. It’s impossible to grow your glutes without growing your quads and hamstrings as well. They’re all connected and they all work together so there is absolutely no way to isolate just the glutes and to train them intensely enough to stimulate growth without the legs also working and growing. If it were possible to just strengthen and grow the glutes and not the legs you’d actually have trouble standing and walking as you’d be so unbalance!! Sure there are exercises at target the glutes and they’re very effective at strengthening the glutes but you still work other muscles as well. Something I see a lot is women complaining that their legs are really bulky from lifting weights but the thing is generally these women have fat sitting on top of the muscle so it may appear that their legs are “bulky” but it’s just that they’ve still got a layer of fat hiding their “toned” legs. Also just for your info “toned” actually means having muscle and little body fat. 👍🏼😉 An example is, when I had gained a lot of fat during my pregnancy my legs looked a lot bigger than what they are now and that’s because I was holding a lot more fat on them so they may have looked “bulkier”. Once I got rid of a lot of the fat that sits on top of the muscle my legs appeared a lot slimmer. Personally, I love muscle and I’m trying to build more! 😃 I just thought I’d share the truth about weight lifting, muscle and growing your glutes. 😉 Dont be afraid of the muscle ladies, being strong is AWESOME! 😃💪🏼 . . All 3 pics are roughly a year apart & I’ve gotten STRONGER each year! 😃🙌🏼 A year before Mia, 9 months pregnant & 11 months postpartum. Isn’t the woman’s body incredible! It literally morphs itself into a home for little humans! 🙌🏼 Before I was pregnant, while and after I’ve received comment such as: “you’re too skinny, too lean, too muscly, too manly, not enough shape, not feminine etc. While I was pregnant they said: “You’ll be like other fitness models & personal trainers and you will barely show, won’t gain any weight & will snap back easily”. I also was told my body would be “ruined” and I’ll never get it “back”. While pregnant I gained roughly 24kg, I didn’t have a small belly🤰🙊 and I didn’t snap back at all. It took a LOT of hard work and consistency and definitely wasn’t easy and it TOOK TIME – It took almost a year to get back to the fitness level I had prior to being pregnant! I did it healthily, without overdoing it and of course while Mia was my absolute priority. I worked on my business and traveled overseas numerous times for work. Also contrary to what people assume I don’t have a nanny, cleaner, or family nearby to help… of course there’s nothing wrong with having help, in fact I think it’s important to but I personally haven’t had it. I’ve made sure I shared the whole process of my postpartum journey and shared my most vulnerable times when I had tough days, baby blues, self doubts as a mother. I showed myself when I was far from my best in the hope it helps some of you to know that nobody is perfect & to believe in yourselves, go for the things you want in life and never give up. Life is tough, you have bad days and sometimes you feel like throwing in the towel (I did many times) but you CAN do it. Don’t ever listen to negative people who doubt you and put you down. Don’t let them bring you down to their level – they want you to feel as unhappy as they do unfortunately. You are AMAZING & worthy – you can do anything you set your mind to just don’t let negative Nancy’s distract you – there’s a lot of them out there but there are far more kind, supportive people out there so make sure you surround yourself with them!☺️ X Love Em.

The “Fit Over 50” Instagram has many such cases.

Okay – I’ll violate the rules one more time. Anllela Sagra is Columbian, so maybe there’s little bit of spice up in there (even if she’s pure Spanish like most of the ruling class in South America, they’re not dealing with the same aging issues as Northern European women), and she’s also only 24 years old.

She also has fake tits, but they’re not extravagant.

Despite being younger than Bebe and (maybe) slightly less white, Anllela is what women should be looking to for what their bodies should look like instead of Bebe Rexha. Because there is simply no reason that women should not be striving to be better than they are, rather than celebrating how disgusting they are.

I am certainly not perfect myself. I am in good shape, but I always look at men who are in better shape and strive for that. Furthermore, I am only 5’7″ – and that is permanent – but I would never say that the ideal man is 5’7″, because that simply is not accurate.

We should ALWAYS compare ourselves to the best, and try to be more like them. Women naturally do this when there is sexual competition, but unfortunately, female sexual competition has been removed by the welfare state and by a collective decision by women to all get fat together.

If I had my way, every woman in the West would be legally required to have a life-size poster of Anllela Sagra next to a full-body mirror, so they would be forced to compare themselves every day.

Bebe Rexha wants you to believe that these pictures are all faked. They are not faked. These women are simply in good shape, because they eat healthy, work out and do not drink heavily or take drugs.

A woman over the age of 20 will never be beautiful – in particular, she will never be “lovely,” or capable of inspiring strong emotions in a man – but they do not naturally look like complete shit, and it is actually rather easy for them to not look like complete shit.

It really doesn’t take much.

The fact that so many of them look like utter shit, and then go around bragging about it, is simply further evidence of what a massive problem these whores actually are.

Bebe should be paying a lot more attention to her body, because her face looks like it was reconstructed after a helicopter crash.

But women are lazy as all fuck, and they just want to blame the world for their problems – and lie to themselves that somehow, all women are as disgusting as they are.

But they are not.

Not all of them are disgusting – yet.

But what these filthy fat whores do is BODY SHAME women who are NOT FAT.

Ask any thin woman you know, and you will hear the TRUTH.

Women do not shame other women for being fat slobs – they shame them for being the opposite. Because white women have collectively decided to all get fat as a form of collective bargaining against men, and they look at fit women as scabs. Fat women will not let healthy women into their group of friends. If fat women work with healthy women, they will attempt to shame them.

What Bebe is doing by posting her fat body in a bikini is attempting to signal that being fat is high status and “real,” while being healthy is “fake” (women put extreme importance on those two words and have entire concepts behind them that men will never understand).

We have to protect healthy women who are doing the right thing by instituting a program of FORCED FITNESS on these women after the revolution.

Before the revolution, you can scream at fat women on the streets from your car. Even in Orwellian Europe, there is no law against “incitement to healthy living.”
