Heather Heyer is getting a float in a Pasadena New Year’s parade.
Is a float all she gets?
Heather Heifer deserve a BLIMP – that’s the only parade ornament that could possibly manage to capture her GIRTH.
But I guess they’ll be doing the “Young Heather.”
Every memorial I’ve seen has done the Young Heather.
I’m not sure why it isn’t fat-shaming to refuse to portray a fat woman as she was, and instead show pictures of her from a decade or more ago. If it’s okay to be fat, then why not portray her as the fat whale she was?
A Rose Parade float about social justice, will honor the life of Heather Heyer, the activist killed in Charlottesville when a white supremacist mowed her down with his vehicle.
Heyer’s mother, Susan Bro, will ride the float to pay tribute to her daughter’s sacrifice.
Bro spoke Saturday with CBS2’s Greg Mills.
Heyer, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., and other Americans who fought for justice will be depicted on the float.
It’s been an emotional roller coaster for Bro ever since she got another phone call with the terrible news on that August afternoon.
“He was saying something about a car had hit her. A car, what car? I said I don’t know what you are talking about. And I started screaming.” Bro says.
Heather was at the rally to challenge the white supremacist way of thinking. Bro says her daughter was a social justice warrior.
“One-on-one. Saying tell me why you are doing this. What are you doing? Why are you here? What does this mean to you? Why do you believe this way,” Bro says.
She challenged their sick and extreme views and she died in the process.
Now, you know.
Some people would argue that people trying to flood America with terrorists and injecting little kids with the hormones of the opposite sex have “sick and extreme views.”
I mean. Seriously.
We are saying that this is normal:
And the belief that whites deserve their own countries is “sick and extreme”?
“When the detective told me she was pronounced I just remember putting my head down and these ungodly wails came out of me,” Bro says.
She knows her daughter’s name has become synonymous with the fight for equality.
And a great symbol of equality she is.
A symbol for the ages.
No doubt Bro will travel down Colorado Boulevard Monday sharing Heather’s hope and her message.
“Let’s all roll up our sleeves and get to what we need to do to make this country better,” Bro said.
Bro and others on the float will be wearing purple scarves. Purple was Heather’s favorite color.
Let’s take a small step back here.
Heather Heyer went to a riot for the purpose of rioting and she was in a violent, vicious mob that was blocking traffic as she viciously attacked a peaceful demonstration.
That is the objective reality of what happened. No one can deny that is what happened. We have it all on video.
But hey – making a hero out of her isn’t too much weirder than continuing to make a hero out of Martin Luther King, Jr. – who we now know for a fact was a plagiarist, a communist and a whore-mongerer who as a pastor was having drunken orgies that lasted days using church money in between public appearances at which he would do nothing but read off speeches written by Jews.
So it’s fitting she’d be on a float with him.
Every hero of the left is lied about. Either in the Heyer/King vein, where they make them better people than they are, or in the Abraham Lincoln vein, where they make them worse.
Remember that Lincoln said that blacks were not equal and should be sent back to Africa.
There is nothing about leftism that is honest or straight-forward, and there hasn’t been in nearly a century.
It is a scamming hoax, from top to bottom.
And it isn’t even veiled very much. Most of the people involved in it are well aware that it is a hoax, at least on some level of their being. They either lie to themselves about that, or they simply justify it that it benefits them personally in some way. The rest of them are just dumb members of a mob who will believe anything they are told by the government, the media and the educational establishment.
