Well, this is a technology I can get behind.

Wow, a flying robot snake/dragon.

I wonder what bright young White men came up with this innovative technoloy.

It’s all Japs and Chinks… This is… This is quite the blow…

Well, don’t worry… I’m sure our guys were just too busy dealing with… super important research…

Like finding the cure for AIDS or developing new dildo shapes.

The Verge:

Researchers at the University of Tokyo’s JSK Lab have developed a “dragon drone,” made up of several small drones and capable of transforming on the fly, as reported by IEEE.Not only can the drone change into different shapes, like a square or curved line, it can also autonomously decide what shape it needs to change into depending on the space it requires to navigate.

A transforming robot dragon.

If we don’t act now, this is basically game over for Western Civilization. Because transforming robot dragons are a core technology that can lead to two game-changers.

The first is the transforming mecha – the ultimate war machine.

The second is the wish-granting dragon – which can revive dead characters for important plot purposes.

In our hubris, we’ve let the slant-eyes reach a key part of the tech tree before we did, and now the earth’s future is at stake.

The name of the drone is actually an acronym, standing for “Dual-rotor embedded multilink Robot with the Ability of multi-deGree-of-freedom aerial transformatiON,” or DRAGON for short. Its design was modeled off of traditional dragon kites, where the tail is made up of a series of smaller, interlinked kites.

The small drones are each powered by a pair of ducted fans that can be adjusted to vector thrust in almost any direction. The whole thing is powered by an Intel Euclid dev kit and has a battery pack along the spine that provides up to three minutes of flight time. This particular version of the DRAGON drone in the video has four modules and is shown rearranging itself into a square, as well as unraveling to move upward through a small opening.

Yeah, basically, we’re fucked.

We lost completely – and we weren’t even playing the game.

Now our only hope is that Asia has no natural source of gundanium, and that they somehow can’t design a working dragon ball radar before we do.

But I would’t keep my hopes up. After all, if they’ve got the brainpower to make transforming robot dragons, the gundams and legit dragons are probably already on their way.

The Japs aren’t kidding around with this stuff.

This is what happens when you blow all your science money on dick pic research.
