Though the fact that George W. Bush is a painter is probably weird enough, what is even weirder is that he has chosen such a post-modern style through which to perform this act.
It is also quite possible that George is not intending to be edgy and post-modern in his style, and is only capable of painting like a child. Actually, that is pretty obviously exactly what is happening. But it is funnier to think about it the other way.
His mean old mother has refused to let him paint her.
