Good news, fellow Wakandaphiles!
Due to the phenomenal success of Black Panther – a documentary about an advanced, real-life African nation that black people concealed from white people to stop them from culturally appropriating it – it looks as though we’re going to be getting a sequel!
Di oga of Marvel Studios, Kevin Feige, wey produce di popular Black Panther film, don confirm say, for sure part two of di blockbuster go come.
Mr Feige talk am for inside di interview wey im do with US tori pipo Entertainment Weekly, where im say dem don dey dream of how di second one go be.
Im say ideas and wetin dem go do for Black Panther 2 don dey ground but im no give more information pass dat one.
Kevin Fiege, right.
Many pipo don hail di film say e represent black pipo well-well and say e no be like di oda superhero film dem wey Hollywood don do.
Na normal thing for Hollywood, say if film make plenty money for di first one, dem go find way to do di second one, just like how we don see for film like ‘The Matrix’ and ‘Scary Movies’.
I’ve watched the Black Panther movie via 100% legal means and can confirm that it does indeed represent black pipo well-well. White pipo no well-well, no, but black pipo – well.
It’s also true that many pipo don hail di film. While some journalists – usually racists writing for White Supremacist websites – claimed that review aggregate sites like Rotten Tomatoes deleted negative feedback of the movie to inflate its score, that was later proven to be an anti-Semitic canard.
Not much is known about Black Panther 2 right now, but one thing’s for sure: we’re going to be heading back to Wakanda, and it’s going to be glorious!
