Drunk Mexicans seem to commit almost as many road accidents as sober black women.

Arkansas State Police have arrested 20-year-old Alfred Cuanas Pascual on charges of negligent homicide, driving under the influence and reckless driving in a crash that killed one person in Bryant on Thanksgiving Day.

A crash report says that Pascual was driving a 2008 Ford Mustang west on Interstate 30 on the north service road around 6:15 a.m. on Nov. 28. The car ran off the road, crossed the median and came to a stop facing north across a lane on Interstate 30.

Jenna Nicole Kelton, 24, of Alexander, was driving a 2015 Nissan Altima west when her vehicle hit the Mustang. Kelton was later pronounced dead.

Pascual was taken to an area hospital to be treated for his injuries. Authorities said they smelled alcohol on Pascual while they were talking with him. He admitted he had been drinking, according to a court affidavit. His blood alcohol content tested at 0.03 and 0.026, the affidavit says.
