In light of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, physician members of the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine are petitioning the Food and Drug Administration to put a warning label on cheese. The requested label would read, “Dairy cheese contains reproductive hormones that may increase breast cancer mortality risk.”
The non-profit submitted the request on October 3, 2019. If accepted, cheese manufacturers would have to include the warning label on all dairy cheese products. The group has been outspoken about preventative medicine.
Dairy products are linked to breast cancer. Estrogen in dairy products from cows increase breast cancer mortality. Because dairy products are concentrated milk, the hormones become more concentrated as well.
Multiple studies have shown the link between dairy and breast cancer. A 2013 study found that for women previously diagnosed with breast cancer, eating one or more servings of high fat dairy led to 49% higher mortality. A more recent 2017 study found similar links between diets higher in dairy and breast cancer.
Breast cancer is one of the most widely known diseases in the United States. Especially during breast cancer month, many companies advertise their donations to cancer causes or put pink ribbons on products to show support for the cancer. The Center for Disease Control estimates that 41, 487 women died of breast cancer in 2016 in the United States.
Pink ribbons on products is part of the reason for this petition. According to Physicians Committee President Neal Barnard, MD, “Instead of cheese manufacturers like Kraft slapping a pink ribbon on products like Philadelphia Cream Cheese and Macaroni & Cheese, as they have done during previous Breast Cancer Awareness Months, they should be adding warning labels. We want women to be aware that dairy cheese could put them at risk of dying from breast cancer.” Dr. Barnard is the author of the book, The Cheese Trap.
Dairy has been linked to other health problems, including acne.
Of course, there are a lot of problems here.
Firstly and foremostly, it is men who should be warned first about the fact that modern dairy is filled with estrogen.
Clearly, they have not been warned that dairy or plastics or beer or processed foods or anything else is filled with estrogen.
Because we live in a “society” where men simply do not matter.
Secondly, telling women to worry about the estrogen in milk while they’re all on estrogen pills is simply goofy.
Birth control pills are LITERAL ESTROGEN PILLS.
Our society is so dumbed down and absurd that women don’t even know what birth control pills are.
We literally have estrogen in the rain because all of these whores are on these pills.
All of these women take them, and that is obviously why we have this massive increase in breast cancer. Everyone knows that, just like everyone knows that the increase in STDs is due exclusively to homosexuals.
But you can’t say either for the same reason: it’s politically incorrect.
“The pill” empowers women to fuck millions of men without any consequences, so it can never be questioned. Because the core of political correctness – the core of the Jewish system – is anti-natalism (for white people).
But we’re talking about milk.
It really does just make you want to █████████████████████.
How Big of a Hormone Issue is Dairy, Actually?
There is a lot of propaganda out there saying that it doesn’t matter if the cow has been treated with bovine growth hormone or not, all milk has estrogen in it.
This is the typical kind of weasel wording we always get from Jews and multinational corporations.
Yes, all milk has estrogen. The milking cow is female, it is producing the milk because it is intending to give it to an infant, so it has recently been through pregnancy, or its body thinks it has.
However, bovine growth hormone (bGH, also called bovine somatotropin, bST), drastically intensifies the amount of estrogen in the dairy product.
It is certainly much better to get organic diary products or products otherwise without bGH. (It is illegal in the EU, though that doesn’t really appear to mean much from my research, as it seems they’re allowed to sell it just not use it on their own cows. It’s also not clear if Eastern European EU countries are subject to these regulations.)
What might actually be a bigger deal (no one really knows, because there is very little money going into this research) is that cows are kept pregnant for much longer than they used to be, which causes much higher portions of estrogen in their milk.

The reason that milk produced in America and Japan has more sex hormones than Mongolian milk is simple. The free-range cows kept by Mongolian nomads get pregnant naturally and are milked for five or six months after they give birth. In Japan and the United States, the typical dairy cow is milked for 10 months a year, which is only possible because she is impregnated by artificial insemination while still secreting milk from her previous pregnancy. Milk from pregnant cows contains far higher hormone levels than milk from nonpregnant ones—five times the estrogen during the first two months of pregnancy, according to one study, and a whopping 33 times as much estrogen as the cow gets closer to term.

So this “mass estrogen” thing could actually be a problem in any kind of industrial farming, including ostensibly “hormone free” milk.
Organic dairy is going to have less estrogen than non-organic, but it isn’t clear how much less, and it is likely to still have a lot more than any milk in history before the 1960s-70s.
I Don’t Recommend Any Dairy, At All
My ultimate view is that no one should drink or eat any form of milk or milk by-product (excluding butter, which is a completely different thing, and one I fully support).
There are no specific benefits of dairy products. You’re not going to lose anything by not drinking milk.
The idea that all of your bones are going to start breaking because there is no other source of calcium than milk is a hoax. If you’re eating a healthy diet, you’re already getting plenty of calcium from leafy greens and other green vegetables, fish, nuts and/or oranges.
All of that stuff from when we were kids with the sports stars with the milk mustaches was just propaganda paid for by the industry itself.
The estrogen issue is the big issue, but you also have the issue of pasteurization, which is legally mandated in the West. This kills the naturally occurring bacteria in the milk, making it difficult for the body to process, which causes gut flora problems and can lead to inflammation and all kinds of other issues.
It’s sad, because dairy is ideal for bodybuilding and putting on weight. But it simply is not something I can recommend as a regular part of anyone’s diet.
Of course, a piece of cheese here and there won’t make you grow titties. Nor will a bit of milk in your coffee.
However, I suspect that if you quit eating dairy for a few weeks, you will have an unpleasant surprise if you have even a little bit.
I advise all of you – both men and women – to begin to start cutting dairy out of your life.
I personally make an exception for kefir, which I try to have a glass of at least once a week, as I believe the probiotics make up for whichever negative effects. Though in all honesty, I would probably be better off getting my probiotics elsewhere.
If you have a hard time drinking coffee without milk then I advise you to try replacing the milk with coconut or almond milk.

If you don’t like the taste, then just keep drinking it until you do. It’s an acquired thing. You may also consider buying higher quality coffee.
